COMING JANUARY 2027
Sound Baths.
REST, SOUND AND STILLNESS
Some of the deepest rest doesn't come from doing more. It comes from lying down, closing your eyes and letting sound do the work.
Ways to experience sound.
Four ways to rest
Community Sound Baths. Small group sessions for women in my studio in Poole, opening from January 2027. The simplest way to try it.
Vision + Sound. A vision board evening that ends in a sound bath, so you set your intentions and then rest into them. A beautiful way to welcome the New Year.
Sound at Rockwater and beyond. Sound baths hosted at Rockwater, Branksome and other venues we love, sometimes paired with a creative evening or supper.
Private and team sound baths. Bring sound to a birthday, a celebration, a team wellbeing day or a client event. I come to you with everything needed.
Tell me more.
I'm a Reiki and sound practitioner, and from January 2027 I'm opening sound baths to the Wild + Gathered community. Each session layers crystal singing bowls with the sounds of the sea, and the gentle sounds of wind and earth to ground you. With meditation and breath to guide you, there's space to put down everything you've been carrying, to soften, breathe and simply be held for a while.
There's nothing to do and nothing to get right. You lie back, wrapped up and comfortable, and let the sound move through you. Most women leave feeling lighter, calmer and more like themselves.
Community sound baths take place in my studio in Poole, a calm, cosy space kept small on purpose.
rest, by design
A glimpse of the session.
You arrive, settle onto your mat with a blanket and a cushion, and let the day fall away. I guide you through a short grounding to slow your breath.
Then the bowls begin, rising and falling with the gentle sounds of the sea, wind and earth.
When the last note fades, there's time to come back slowly, with a warm drink and no rush to leave.
By the end, you feel softer, steadier and a little more like yourself.
Who's it for?
Sound baths are for you if you:
• Find it hard to switch off, even when you finally stop.
• Are curious about meditation but struggle to sit still and quiet your mind.
• Want a moment of rest that's just for you.
• Love the sea, and want to feel that calm wherever you are.
No experience needed. If you can lie down, you can do this.
Do I need to have done this before?
You don't need to have. Everything is guided, and all you need to do is lie back and listen.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes, warm layers and socks. Mats, blankets and cushions are provided.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Sound baths are gentle, but if you're pregnant, have epilepsy, or wear a pacemaker or other implant, please get in touch before booking so we can make sure it's right for you.
When do they start?
From January 2027. The first dates go to the mailing list before anywhere else.
Where are they held?
Community sound baths take place in my studio in Poole, a calm, cosy space kept small on purpose. I also host at Rockwater, Branksome and other venues, and bring private and team sessions to you.
Can I book a private session?
Yes, for groups, celebrations and teams. Get in touch with your date and numbers.

A LITTLE NOTE TO SAY...
There's a Japanese phrase I keep coming back to "Ichigo Ichie". One time, one meeting. A reminder that every gathering, every conversation, every shared silence is its own small piece of magic.
We spend so much of life switched on. Sound is one of the gentlest ways I know to switch off, to stop thinking and start feeling again. I can't wait to share it with you.
