A few words from our founder, Rhiannon.
I believe the moments that change us rarely happen behind a screen. They happen in cold water at 7am with women you've only just met. They happen around a table, with honest conversation, and no agenda. They happen when you stop performing and start belonging.
I've spent over a decade helping brands and people show up in the world, and I've always understood the power of being in the right room. But I wanted a different kind of room. Just women. Wild enough to be present. Warm enough to stay gathered.
