Wild + Gathered · Ticket & Event Booking Terms 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets and bookings for Wild + Gathered events, including supper clubs, sauna socials, sea dips, workshops and retreats (each an “Event”). By purchasing a ticket or booking a place, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received, unless a deposit or instalment arrangement has been agreed with us in writing. You'll receive a confirmation by email once your place is secured. It's your responsibility to check the event details in your confirmation and let us know straight away if anything looks wrong.

2. Refunds & Transfers

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed, for any reason, including if you're simply no longer able to attend.

However, we understand plans change. If you can no longer make an event, your ticket is transferable to another woman, free of charge. To transfer your ticket:

• Email us at hello@rhiannoncaptures.com at least 48 hours before the event.
• Let us know the new attendee's full name, and any dietary requirements or allergies we should be aware of.
• Your ticket will then be reissued in her name, and no new payment is needed.

Transfers requested inside 48 hours of the event will be accommodated where we can, but can't be guaranteed. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or partial refunds under any circumstances.

If we cancel or significantly change an event (see “Changes & Cancellations by Us” below), you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future gathering. This is the one exception to the no-refunds policy above.

3. Changes & Cancellations by Us

Occasionally we may need to change the date, time, venue, menu or format of an event, for reasons such as weather, venue availability, low numbers, illness, or circumstances outside our control. Where this happens, we'll give you as much notice as we reasonably can.

If we need to cancel an event entirely, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future Wild + Gathered event, whichever you prefer.

4. Who Our Events Are For

Wild + Gathered events are a women's community space and are open to women aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to decline or refuse a booking where this isn't the case.

5. Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Some events involve activities such as open-water or sea dips, which carry inherent risks from cold water and outdoor conditions. By attending, you confirm that you're taking part at your own risk and that you're responsible for judging your own fitness to participate on the day.

Please tell us in advance about any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements that might affect your experience, so we can take care of you properly. Wild + Gathered isn't liable for any loss, injury or illness arising from your participation, except where this is caused by our negligence.

6. Photography & Filming

By attending a Wild + Gathered event, you're giving us permission to use any photographs or video taken at the event for promotional purposes across our website and social media. If you'd rather not be photographed or featured, just let us know ahead of time by email and we'll make sure you're left out of any shots we share.

7. Conduct

Wild + Gathered is built on warmth, respect and genuine connection. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from, an event anyone whose behaviour is disrespectful, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of the community, and no refund will be given in that case.

8. Your Information

We only use the personal details you give us when booking (such as your name, email and dietary requirements) to run and communicate with you about the event you've booked. We don't sell or share your details beyond what's needed to deliver the event itself (for example, passing dietary requirements to a venue or caterer).
